Your brand, on the right Danish back bars.
Cask and Crate is a Copenhagen agency that takes challenger spirits brands into Danish bars, restaurants and hotels. We sell; you keep ownership of your stock, held duty-suspended by a licensed Danish excise warehouse and shipped straight to venues. No middleman buying up your bottles, no guesswork about who pours what.

What we do for brands
On-trade representation
We sell your range into Copenhagen's cocktail bars, restaurants and hotels, account by account, tasting by tasting. Aarhus follows as the portfolio grows.
Market entry set-up
Route-to-market planning, pricing ladders and introductions to licensed Danish excise and warehousing partners, so the paperwork never stalls the pour.
Insight and reporting
Monthly depletion, listing and venue reporting built by a data analyst, so you see what is selling, where, and why.
A modest sign-on, a fair commission, and a retainer that shrinks your risk, not your margin.
Lean by design. The stock goes to the bar, not to us.
Sign on
We agree the range, the target venues and the price ladder for Denmark.
Land compliantly
Your stock is held duty-suspended by a licensed excise warehouse partner; duty is settled as it sells.

William Priye Obubo founded Cask and Crate after years building premium spirits brands in West Africa. At Diageo's Guinness Nigeria he managed the Reserve portfolio, from Johnnie Walker and Tanqueray to Zacapa and Ketel One, and built The Singleton in the trade from the ground up. At RGL, a large independent distributor in Ghana, he ran a premium portfolio including The Macallan, Rémy Martin and Cointreau, and launched The Deacon.
He has sat on both sides of the table: the brand owner chasing distribution, and the distributor deciding which bottles earn a place. His grounding started on the shop floor in northern England, and he holds an MSc in Data Analytics, which is why every Cask and Crate partner gets monthly numbers, not anecdotes.
